Mr. Newton has over 30 years of Executive Management and responsibility for all communications between the countries largest master planned developer and nationally recognized homebuilders, venture capital partners, nationally recognized service providers, all stakeholders, and spear-headed all emerging technologies, throughout the entire country. He served as the liaison between sales, project management, business operations, corporate office, and was responsible for product mix, price points, community amenity packages, technology, and overall community vision and development.
Mr. Newton was the Program Manager and Vice President of Business Development for Newland Communities Nation Wide, who was retained by the City of Las Vegas as the development and project manager for Union Park, a 61-acre brownfield development in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, and over the next 10 to 12 years will oversee the planning and development of more than 11 million square feet of residential, retail, medical, office, hotel and civic space.
The project included a Medical/Office District anchored by the Frank Gehry designed Lou Ruvo Brain Institute; a Civic District centered around Symphony Park and home to the Smith Center for the Performing Arts; the Specialty District with high end hospitality and specialty retail and hotels; and a Residential District with 3,200 apartments and condos with a mix of low and high-rise offerings. Union Park is the only project in Nevada accepted into Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development (LEED®-ND) pilot program developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Mr. Newton was responsible for all land developing and national homebuilder strategies. He secured a $95 MM sole source contract agreement to be the exclusive in-home technology and security provider for a series of large, Disney-owned, condominium communities in Florida. In addition, Mr. Newton developed a $247 MM contract to be the technology and security provider for more than 75,000 condominium units in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. He led the development of equipment standards, and installation processes; opened and staffed satellite offices in each state and managed the projects through to completion.
Mr. Newton has developed and implemented several rollout programs for various technologies including a program to develop strategic products and fee for services to nationally recognized developers and builders within Time Warner’s/Comcast’s new build division on a national basis. This program created meaningful product and service differentiation rather than competing purely on channel lineup, cost, and internet speed capability. Mr. Newton was a sitting member of The Board of Directors.
With Amazon.Com Mr. Newton as Director of Technology, was responsible for all competitive marketing and remote site development, site specification, technology selection, negotiations, site environmental evaluations, technology deployment and infrastructure design and implementation. This included managing large-scale projects totaling more than $70 MM from the bidding process thru completion within 98% budget containment and 99% on-time schedule. Mr. Newton was solely responsible for all competitive strategies and best practices. He directed and managed multiple manufacturers and vendors responsible for the implementation of establishing/re-establishing critical power, engineering and design, security, fiber optic telecommunications and utility infrastructure. Mr. Newton reported directly and solely to Jeff Bezos.
Mr. Newton currently serves as the Special Security - Deputy Director. Mr. Newton is also Certified as a Subject Matter Expert, (SME), and special liaison to Lockheed Martin Missile Space Systems, U.S. Military, and TSA. He provides tactical security implementation and oversight of critical facility surveillance and border intrusion methodologies and control methods on a world-wide basis. The mission after September 11, 2001 was to protect the Nation’s transportation systems, military, missile space systems, facilities, and strategic U.S. interest on a world-wide basis.
Mr. Newton is solely responsible for providing on-site logistics, scheduling, information collection and distribution of Government Materials and Assets. Directs strategic operations for 1100 employees of the U.S. Government Special Agents’ strategic operations.
Comprehensive physical security surveillance system expertise, coupled with extensive knowledge of information technology (IT), fiber-optic and Internet protocol (IP) interface designs and installations. He is responsible for assessing complex commercial facility physical security risks and for developing security monitoring and control system infrastructure. Critical support experience developing performance metric criteria and assessment guidelines, strategic demand/capacity forecasting, and permanent military force labor scheduling optimization.
Mr. Newton provided extensive Strategic Security Rollout support experience at Category X, 2, 3 and 4 in U.S. and World-Wide facilities.
Mr. Newton majored in Accounting and Business Administration with advanced degrees, MBA and PHD in International Finance, and International Banking.
Charles Noh

Charles Noh
A Certified Hotel Administrator since 1989, Mr. Noh is a turn-around and positioning specialist of hotels and resorts, with experience in both domestic and international markets. He enjoys pre-launching, opening, and refurbishing hospitality assets of large, medium, and boutique sizes.
In 2009, Mr. Noh led his operations and management team at Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel to achieve Hilton's Quality Assurance Rank of Number One for the Americas, along with the highest profit levels. He believes in the active strategic alignment of hotels with media, entertainment, finance and technology industries.
Mr. Noh received the Asia Pacific American Heritage Award for Outstanding Business Leadership in 2010. He executive produced the American International Film Festival at the Hilton San Gabriel, accomplished a sell-out Gala, with successful presentation of more than 35 films from 9 countries. He is also serving as a Governor of the Space Tourism Society. He attended Ajou University (L'Institut Superieur de Tecnologie Franco-Coreen Ajou) for Mechanical Engineering. Received full scholarship from the Italian Government for Hotel Management at Scuola Internazionale di Scienze Turistiche/Roma and graduated Con Lode, among international hoteliers from 45 countries.
Milestone projects include: Hilton International Seoul and Convention Center, Desert Princess Resort and Country Club Palm Springs, Outrigger Hotels Hawaii. Presently serving as chief hotels advisor for two international investor groups.
James Gilbert

James Gilbert
Mr. Gilbert started Avalon in 2002 after a five year stint with Marcus& Millichap. During his 25 year career in real estate Mr. Gilbert has been involved in transactions from land deals to projects worth at build out in excess of $500,000,000. He has negotiated public private partnerships, worked with cities to annex land, entitled mixed use projects with hundreds of acres of land, and overseen construction of infrastructure to complete construction of every asset class.
An example of this experience is an Active Adult project in Los Lunas, New Mexico known as Jubilee. This project was voted the best Active Adult Housing project in New Mexico beating out competitors like Del Webb.
Another example is The Summit at Avondale in Avondale, Arizona. This property is anchored by a 16 story 4 star Sheraton Hotel, and at build out will have 2 Million Sq.Ft of hotel, office, retail, and residential living with over 200 condos.
Wayne D. Green

Wayne D. Green
​Mr. Green has over thirty years of experience developing and managing large and small hospital projects. Mr. Green's knowledge of financial management and strategic planning is supported by an MBA. His keen eye for trends in technology as they apply to healthcare helped him develop his vision for the emerging "Small Hospital" model that uses the latest in telemedicine to improve outcomes and lowering costs. He calls it the "connected community" because it connects people in a defined community with the care they need regardless of where that might be in the world. Mr. Green is passionate about improving health care quality while lowering costs.
Mr. Green proudly served in the United States Marine Corp as a Fighter Pilot and Test Pilot. He has spent his career developing and implementing long-range strategic plans taking companies in new directions and markets. He worked for Exxon in Saudi Arabia and gained valuable experience in his time there managing large scale projects in oil and gas, corporate aviation, and high-technology projects.

​Mr. Garcia has over twenty-five years of development and construction experience. He has been recognixed as an INC. 500 Honoree for one of the fastest-growing, privately-held companies in 2007, 2008 and 2009. His supervisory, management and ownership experience includes development services, contract negotiations, subcontractor coordination, operations, field supervision, estimating, and quality control. Mr. Garcia has managed projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $60,000,000.
